Services - Overview

The core Living House Services offering is the Living Maintenance Package (available as Classic or Light), a comprehensive top quality property management service which ensures your house remains in excellent structural & functional condition.

Additionally, a number of flexible Add-On Services are available, which can be added and combined to suit your individual requirements and preferences to make the most of your property and your time spent in Singapore.

At the beginning of each partnership, we will personally meet with you to create a complete profile of the property and your preferences & requirements.  We then agree a tailored set of Living House Services to match your needs, agree a start date and proceed from there.

Your package will typically be reviewed on an annual basis and adjusted for any changes in the property or development of your preferences. You can also request ad-hoc amendments at any time
